I love the service. Your techs are very friendly and accommodating. The actual softener does a good job. I'm pleased.
An improvement that could be made is a handle on the cover. It is very difficult to remove.
I am happy with the products. It seems to be working well - a year in. I recently had your staff out to clean my system at a cost of $175 + tax and when I received my bill there was a fuel surcharge of $20.00 which I am not happy about. I didn't notice it when he showed me the bill on the tablet as I was on a phone call for work.
Water is clean , no green tinge or film left on water jug and in water bottle
Service is excellent always on time and the drivers ensure bottles are placed in secured area as per our request, thanks for the wonderful water and service
Easy to talk to someone from customer service, many options for payments, and always quick response when leave email or messages, My delivery guy is the best as well, prompt and courteous, Best company to deal with!
The technisions were in to do the first servicing of our water softener, that when well.
However, not wanting to hover while they were doing their work, I said that I would be upstairs directly above the room where there were working and if they needed something to knock on the ceiling and I would come right down.
I was informed by my daughter in-law after your tech left that the male tech left the room where he was working and proceeded to open door to rooms, one being her bedroom and attempted to open the bathroom door while she was in it. Needless to say, she was quite upset.
I did not know this until your techs had left our place.
They finished the service call and were in their vehicle. I went out to ask them how things went they said good everything was fine with the water softener. However, neither one of them mentioned or apologized for the incident of going through the house and opening doors to rooms.
Perhaps you may want to do a refresher with your staff of proper etiquette when in a customer's home.
Culligan product fix our water problems. We have excessive amounts of iron and manganese in our well water that would make it impossible to drink and otherwise use without Culligans water treatment
The service is impeccable. We get quick service from trained professional friendly technicians
I am disabled, in a power chair. I was unable to get the bottles out for the exchange. The super friendly gentlemen knew I was going to require additional replacements... they left the perfect amount.
Additionally, Da Boss... lady in the office. Is hilarious, yet extremely on point!
