The time frames were difficult to work with. My husband works long hours but you don't. Made it hard to get yearly service call. Also would like to know before a part is replaced. Not a major issue, just had not budgeted extra money for more than yearly maintenance fee.
Water still tastes terrible after two service calls. Housemembers refuse to drink it. The unfilteref tap water is prefetred by all house members. How may I have all Culligan devices removed? Main office has lost payment.
David Jones is an excellent technician. He installed my systems when he was with Eichelbergers and has serviced them each year since. He knows his product well and is very proactive about preventative maintenance, which I am greatly appreciative of.
