I appreciate being able to talk to a representative quickly when calling customer service. The water delivery company we previously used changed ownership and trying to get through to customer service was a very lengthy and frustrating process, though the representatives on the other end were fine. Culligan's pricing is much more reasonable as well. And, to top it off, the water tastes great.

Culligan will deliver my 50 lb bags of salt and take them to my basement and place them near my water softner. As a 75 year-old, I can no longer lift that weight or get the bags to my basement. Culligan also goes out of their way to honor my request for the service technician I prefer and get him scheduled as soon as they can.
