We responded to a ad from culligan as we were considering a water softener. They sent out a representative who tested our water & went over everything. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. In fact we were hesitant as weren’t sure where to have it placed. A few weeks went by & we decided we would like to go ahead so called the representative Jon & he answered our questions & etc. The installers Ed & Austin did a superb job & we were impressed. We could tell a big difference in a short time & so far are very satisfied with the water softener.
