Proactive in identifying potential properties of interest. Fast turnaround on communications. Elicited my preferences via seeing my reactions ton properties early in search and then correctly predicted my reactions to later properties, so that I knew I could trust his judgments. Never pressured me. Had a backup of other people who could show properties when he was out of town. Went above and beyond to help me file appeal of tax assessment after purchase.
