Initially communication started off rough. It had been a few weeks and I hadn’t heard anything about my order. After speaking with a manager, Cassie, she and the employee that I spoke with initially completely picked up the ball, and got my order processed as quickly as possible with clear communication moving forward. As a fellow business owner, I understand that no business is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you handle the mistakes that make the difference. With that being said I’m extremely satisfied with my experience.

I have always ordered my hard hats through Custom Hard Hats because the Customer Service is fantastic! This last time I didn't know my login info, so I called the number on an old invoice. An actual human answered the phone and was happy to help look up my login and place the order for me right then and there! No transfers, no issues, just easy to deal with! The Hard hats come when they are supposed to and they are great quality. 10 out of 10!

I like the order process. You upload the artwork and someone helps you make sure it's going to look the way you want it to look. The staff is friendly. I ordered in 2018 and I came back and ordered in 2024 for all the same reasons. I didn't even look for another company. Additionally, you carry the MSA hardhats I wanted and I liked the different options that you could add to each side of the hard hat. Thanks so much! Risa
