Recently did a handlebar swap, drop-bars for flat. The tech was very knowledgeable, knew what components I would need and got them ordered. Brought the bike in for the swap in the morning, brought it home that afternoon. All for a fair price, in my opinion. I’ve done business here since the shop opened, have purchased 5 or 6 bikes here (I’ve lost track…). Can’t say as I’ve had a bad experience in all those dealings.

Clay and his staff are outstanding. Given that the Iron Circle was ‘just’ a preclude to the Golden Circle, perhaps we should expand the tour by one more day cycling and return from Echo Cove and maybe even add day hikes on some of the Big Five? For that matter we could add whale watching and even a half day kayaking and charge BackRoad prices and help the young staffers pay for their schooling.

I was excited about getting my tee shirt. My family went to Alaska and we biked in 47degree weather and pouring rain. Even with all that, we had a GREAT time and wanted to commemorate the experience with a "Cycle Alaska" tee shirt. The tee is very soft and the customer service was great. (They were out of the original color I chose) I am happy with my purchase!

The staff was welcoming, and they provided analysis of necessary repairs and a timeline for the work. It was done early, and they did a few extra things to care for my bike free of charge. They also completed repairs faster than anticipated. And, they were extremely friendly when I picked up the bike and remembered my name.
