Came to the shop in byker, Newcastle to get tyres fixed on old bike. Rob was very honest and said the bike was too small for my son. We got the tyres fixed anyway. We went back a week later and bought a new trek bike. Rob again was amazing very helpful and helped us purchase the right bike for my son. Great service was provided. Will go back for anything we need.

Outstanding services in treating you like a friend, and not a customer. Always a warm friendly chat. Offers fantastic opportunities for 'free rides' in promoting cycling, bike repairs, and other bike experiences. I got my first bike from them 8 years ago, and their services have been growing stronger by year despite corvid. The guys at Cycle Centre were extremely helpful. I brought in my bike for a service. After examining it thoroughly, they advised me that the repairs to it would cost way more than the whole bike is worth. I was quite stressed as I rely on my bike to get around, so these kind guys offered me a second hand bike for a very reasonable price and even fixed my old mud guards on free of charge.
