I'm a woman. Walking into a bike shop and not being patronised because I am a woman is a nice change. I like that you guys talked to me like I'm a person, offered advice without smirking and being condescending. The bike seems to have been well taken care of, maintenance and upgrades done as per my choice with no undiscussed/unagreed surprises. I have only ridden it briefly so far though so can't comment on everything but all seems in perfect order. I'm also positively surprised that old parts have been returned clean and individually packed - I was expecting a pile of grimy metal!
