Friendly and honest staff. The lifetime basic tune-ups are great to maintain any bike purchased there in tip top shape. I appreciate them and have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Will never look for another shop as long as I am near.

I am not mechanically inclined, but I knew just enough to know that he was sincere and passionate about his service and advise. Staff - especially David, - professional, available, personable, knowledgeable. David asked me questions to understand what I was looking for, was patient with every little adjustment as I tested/rode. Every customer in the door was acknowledged even if the staff was busy with someone else. Shop was organized, tidy. Lots of good suggestions on accessories without being over the top and no pressure. And I am sooooo happy with my new Trek!
