Staff are biking enthusiasts so they give sound advice and they don't upsell. Their inspection seems very thorough and the workmanship looks stellar. Very competitive pricing compared to what I can get as an REI member. Definitely would come back when I have repair issues or want a new bike.

Friendly, prompt service. David is very knowledgeable and helped me decide which components were suitable and affordable. Once I chose parts, he quickly changed them out AND threw in some freebies like lubing the chain and filling tires with air. These small touches demonstrate a commitment to customers.
