Cycle City is the best! The owner must require his employees to read the book,“7 Habits of Highlyt Effective People.” Habit 1 is “Customer Service is the most important. Cycle City personnel exceed in customer service. Knowledge of bike tire replacement as well as bike chains are critical to effective bike riding, Just recently they did a complete review and work on a Schwinn Mesa Runner made in the 80’s for me. The tires are new and excellent. The chain was replaced and the gears perform without a Hitch. If you want to buy new or get a bike repaired I definitely encourage all to give Cycle! City a visit. The Owner, Manager and bike repairmen are the best

They are all so knowledgeable and efficient. Often they can just fix/repair right there on the spot while we wait a few minutes then get back on our way. And they're friendly too!

Had an excellent experience purchasing my first e-bike here! Did my research, knew what I wanted - and CycleCity verified my decision but still reviewed any options I may have may have missed. Came here as it’s local in Alameda and can come back for repairs etc. Pickup was smooth and gave me a full tutorial of the bike and made sure it was the right size and fit! Love my bike! Thank you!

Friendly and honest staff. The lifetime basic tune-ups are great to maintain any bike purchased there in tip top shape. I appreciate them and have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Will never look for another shop as long as I am near.
