I've now bought bikes for both my six and seven year old here. The service has been incredibly and everybody there -- staff and customers -- are really nice. This is my favorite bike shop in Alameda.

You all listened to my needs & gave me options based on how I use the bike. I'm a high usage rider & the repair was done with that in mind. Josh is a particular guy, just the right temperament to do precise work. He also did the little things he saw to make the bike ride better and last longer. Much appreciated!

Cycle City is the best bike shop on the island, and it isn't close. Your people are always great and friendly. They never pressure—they explain and let the customer make their decision, regardless what you're shopping for. And they know their stuff inside and out.
