I love Cycle City! They really go beyond what I expect for service. I have been using Cycle City for at least 25 years. I always feel that my safety and comfort are their primary concerns. I would not consider going to any other shop for service on my bicycle.

these guys are the best! timely, communicative, friendly, professional, trustworthy. i love that they take their repairs seriously and encourage customers to let them know if anything is off following a service for whatever reason. i have been here several times for repairs and tune-ups and i will keep coming back!

David was epic! Remembered my name, bikes and kids situation and I haven't been in the shop in more than 9 months! How does he do that! And he fixed my daughter's bike in just hours so she could get back out and riding since she's just hit her stride! WOWZA. He's amazing!

Cycle City's staff was excellent in giving me advice about selecting a new bike. It's a good thing that I listened to them. I love my new bike. Now I can proceed to get back in shape with much needed exercise. I am so excited about "hitting the road", so to speak!

Service is excellent. When you tell me when something will be completed, it will be completed at that time. Price is fair and estimates are usually spot on so I know how much I will be spending.

Dave was an absolutely fantastic person to work with from the moment we walked in, through guiding us through our purchase. He was calm, explained every question we had in great detail, and made us feel confident and comfortable in the purchase my wife and I were making. Not once did I feel like I was talking to someone who was trying to sell me a bike, in fact I felt like this was someone who genuinely cared about me making the right decision for me and my family, like I was talking to a friend. I would not hesitate to recommend cycle city to a friend, and hope to come back in for future purchases.
