Straight forward helpful and you gave the bike a clean too which was a nice surprise - my daughter thought the tyres were new. You treat people nicely - so many bike shops have terrible customer service from someone who looks down in you because you don't ride in the tour, you guys treat your customers nicely

Very quick service. Had a warranty claim and it was turned around in a week, and considering it was over Easter bank holiday I thought was great. Haven't had a chance yet to see if problem is fixed but have every faith.

Excellent experience in servicing our two 18 year old Brompton cycles. Have tried them out on an eight mile cycle ride today and now working as good as new. Were given an accurate estimate of cost of work and an itemised bill detailing all parts renewed. Asked if work could be done by a specific date and this was agreed and an email and message confirmed completion. Very good service.
