Knowledgable/Friendly Staff, they know what they are talking about. They provide a top notch service and explain what repairs they did. If you want anything they will try their best to get it for you. A Friendly Bike Shop which I would recommend. They even brought me a Birthday Present, now that goes a long way.

My bike was in very bad shape after being left outside for a while. The guys did a full strip and rebuild. The bike now works perfectly and gave great advice about what new components to use on the bike. Would highly recommend to anyone

I was recommended to visit Cycle-Ops. Their welcoming and friendly guys immediately examined and diagnosed the issue with my bike’s gears and the remedy. I was able to collect my bike a day later with all work completed to a high standard. The work was good value with costs for parts and labour clearly itemised. I will use Cycle-Ops’ efficient service again.

Very informative. Our son had done his research and the sales guy confirmed what he knew and why he had chosen the particular bike he had.
