I think Jake is a good and reliable mechanic. I have always liked the shop and its services however I wish the two guys would smile and chat a little more I know I’m an old man but I would welcome it. Laura is cherfful which makes up for it. I have been a regular customer for many years now.

Jake was very helpful.No hassle easy to drop off Bike.You are my preferred Bike shop even though there is an alternative Bike shop in my Home Town of Sevenoaks i prefer to travel to Cycle ops as the service is way better in Tonbridge.
