Will (Service Manager) is amazing. I completely trust him with both of my bikes and whatever he recommends in regards to service requirements. This year, he saw a problem with one of my wheels and negotiated with Trek to get me a replacement wheel (even though I was just slightly out of my warranty) Thanks to Will and to Trek for stepping up and taking such great care of the cycling community at large and me in particular. Highly recommend everything about Paul Cycle.
