I needed some replacement brake pads for an old bike. I was told that you didn’t have any in stock and it would be unlikely that any other shop would have them have due to the age of the bike. You checked with a supplier and said that they would be with you next day. I received a text the next morning and collected the new pads later that day. Great service and advice. Lindsay.

Had a problem with my Trek carbon mtb wheels, so I took them into Cycle Technology. They usually have a 2yr replacement warranty and after that it's discounted repairs i think. Anyway, photos were taken of my wheels and sent off to Trek. Within a week a brand new replacement carbon wheelset had arrived, and all down to Cycle Technology. Absolutely chuffed to bits with the result, and shows great after care. Thank you Cycle Technology, 👌🏻

I was able to speak to someone at Cycle Technology to explain that I needed the item I was buying by a certain date, as it was a birthday present. The person I spoke to was very helpful and said they would order the item straight away to enable me to receive it in time. I did get the item in time and was very happy with the product and the service.
