Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had an issue with my son’s bike which was purchased from another bike shop only a year ago. And although I took the bike in for the fault to be rectified it always came out the same . Took the bike to Cycle Technology in Wakefield and they quickly diagnosed and rectified the fault . Awesome staff will definitely be using their services in future. Very reasonable prices too. A very happy satisfied customer.

Dan and the team are welcoming , patient and the workshop and shop are clean, ordered and professional. You get an itemised receipt after any maintenance which is comprehensive and transparent. It feels good to be able to take your bike in for work and feel confident that the team is honest and the work is top quality. They also, took the time to discuss options and find solutions round my disability. It is not ' local ' for me - I live in Holmfirth, but it is worth the journey. Cathy
