My first experience with Cycle Technology was when I desperately need a quick fix to make the bike ride-able and they fitted me in to a busy schedule and saved my bacon. My next visit was to discuss bike packing gear. The guy does it himself, had lots of experience, was friendly and happy to share his experiences. I’ve been in a few times to chat and eventually decided on a system but there was no pressure to buy, it felt like I was popping in to see a mate for advice. Great quality and service. Now my “go to” for top quality bike gear and advice

Got my new e-bike here through cycle scheme, very helpful helping me sort out the app and getting me on the road with my new bike also gave me good advice for my old bike with regards to getting it fixed as I probably wouldn’t get my money back for the price of repair when selling it so probably saved me some money there.

Solid local bike shop. Trek are a great company to buy a bike from. The guys in the shop know their stuff and the boss is highly organised. And I'll tell you what else I like about Cycle Technology. Whilst I was there, they kindly let a man come inside the shop and cook 10 fish fingers in a microwave for his lunch. I'm not sure who the man was but he smelled like a homeless. It's so nice to see a business giving back to the community.
