My husband and I rented eBikes for two days to explore the Cowichan Valley Trail system. We received superior service getting bikes adjusted to our needs and excellent local food recommendations. Would highly recommend and wish this store was close to home as we would purchase bikes knowing we would continue to receive quality service.

The staff at Cycle Therapy are amazing. I went there with a bent handlebar on my bicycle recently and they immediately told me it was a safety issue and they found a new replacement handle bar and fixed it within 30 minutes. The service there is always excellent! Thank you Cycle Therapy for making my bike repair a priority! Much appreciated!

Although I did not purchase my new bike from Cycle Therapy(they had no inventory) they have been extremely supportive in my endeavour to customize the bike to my needs as well as any warranty issues that have occurred. The entire staff are a credit to the industry.
