I like your prompt service when the bike needs some upgrades to keep me on the road. In particular were a couple of times when I had a breakdown and it was fixed on the spot. I try to maintain the bike such that this doesn't occur but sometimes things happen.

Good service and kind workers this time... I must admit, however, I came in once with my bike and was berated about it being outdated and irrelevant for cyclo-cross just because it was older - it even felt as though I had been made fun of. Furthermore, this berating led into the fellow attempting to sell me some more modern bike. The whole experience was quite unpleasant and whoever it was didn't act very kindly towards me at all.

We highly recommend Cycle Therapy!! From making a phone call to inquire about putting together our online bikes to taking our order, to receiving the boxed bike parts to having them ready for pick up early to picking them up and testing them out on the trails to the best price point in town. We experienced a Friendly shop with great service they have an organized clean efficient business that serves our community and keeps our rubber on the road. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have a central location in Duncan with plenty of parking! They are our go to for yearly tune ups and awesome bike inventory! 🚵🏽‍♂️. Thank you Cycle Therapy! We had fun test riding the mountain bikes on the trails last night. They feel solid and safe! We ❤️ Cycle Therapy! The Island Sistahs!🌺

I went into their shop looking for bar ends for my bike . The staff was friendly , helpful and very informative on what I needed . They ordered my parts and had them in the shop 2 days later . I would definitely recommend them and use the shop again
