The business was easy to find. I was graded as soon as I walked in the door, even though workers were focused on their project. They offered to load and unload the bike from the SUV. Everyone was pleasant and the bike was repaired on schedule. They repair was reasonable.

I had a bike in bad shape, brought it into Cycle Werks right at closing time for them ( I hate doing that) but they were so nice. They inspected and quoted me a price and said they will call when it was ready. Two days later, they called, the bike was ready for pickup. They did a great job and even cleaned up up. The bike was in a shed for many, many years.
