I purchased my new Trek Top Fuel Ex 9.7 from Cycle Werks in 2020. From that time owner Chris and employee Lisa fitted me to the bike and over the years their team took care of it. I felt confident in their ability to maintain my bike. When they were unable locate a new upgraded 9.7 for me I purchased from another Trek dealer. They advised they would still maintain it and deal with any issues that may arise. This bike shop cares about their customers and will go above and beyond to insure the job is done right.. Great people to deal with. Would recommend to anyone..
