I visited the store unsure if I wanted to purchase a regular bicycle or an e-bike. Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable and encouraged me to try both to compare. I wasn’t sure how I’d fit on them either as I have a 36” inseam so I have to make sure I fit the bike properly and it’s not too small of a frame. She had an e-bike in a larger frame but it wasn’t assembled yet. She had it assembled the following day and called me to come in to try it out. The store is very busy so I felt confident purchasing the bike there as they have a lot of repeat customers and the staff is very friendly as well. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories.
