Honestly, the service you have provided to an irregular but loyal customer from the other end of the state has been remarkable.
Buying this bike is an investment on my end, and even though it’s not a top end bike, the care and detail Phil took to make sure it was the right size frame, and that my measurements would work was professional. The attention to detail and kindness shown when picking up the bike was outstanding, from both Phil and [FIRST NAME REMOVED]. It’s not often in life a complete stranger makes you feel important and gives professional service. I cannot relay how many people I’ve told how impressed I was on Wednesday (collecting bike) and through the whole bike purchasing process. I’m so honoured to have had this interaction.
