I have known this team for a while now-they have aged as I have! Teir knowledge is gargantuan, and I have literally cycled into the shop with knee pain, and left without it. Cannot recommend more highly.

Great experience with Phil - having had a number of bikefits over the years this was exactly what I was after - a two way interactive dialogue. My position was not bad to begin with, so the focus was on optimisation and building resilience which needs a lot more experience and depth than simply looking at angles etc. Very enjoyable experience.

Friendly, prompt and high quality of service. No fuss, very transparent. I didn't feel like I was being oversold for work/parts that weren't needed. I also trust that all the work has been done, with other shops I feel I have paid for poor quality work or work that has not been done. Not the case here. Thank you

24 years after I was first fitted by CycleFit, I'm still riding pain and niggle free. I doubt there's anyone else in the UK with as much experience of bike, shoe and cleat fitting as these folks have and it's extraordianry by modern standards that I'm still dealing with the same people after all these years. If I could give 11/10, I would!

Excellent, tailor made service for my problem / needs. Diagnosed my problem and given both riding style coaching and several bike , shoes, cleats adjustments in the appointment plus some options for further bike adaptations . Excellent knowledgeable and practical service, I would highly recommend.

I turned up a week earlier than I had originally booked and was immediately accommodated by Julian & his Team! Struck by the depth of their accumulated knowledge and the feedback was first class! Due to our previous fitting there wasn’t many adjustments necessary, although a new saddle was supplied and fitted. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone either new or old to cycling!

Great shop, full of fantastic bikes and equipment while at the same time all the staff seem really friendly and approachable.

The bike fit was very thorough and they explained what they were doing at every step and talked through the results with you. Being videoed meant that you could literally see what they were talking about. Once we found a comfortable and effective riding position, we used those measurements to find a bike from my shortlist that matched those numbers as closely as possible. I will therefore have a bike that is comfortable from Day 1 rather than buying a bike and having it adjusted afterwards because the riding position isn't right. I'm a keen cyclist but not an amateur racer or professional rider, but felt that I was treated with equal courtesy and respect. No hesitation to recommend Cyclefit.
