Great shoe fitting service. Vaughan is Experienced and knowledgeable and as a practitioner himself, empathic. He is patient and thorough. Great experience and most importantly, my feet no longer hurt. I wish I had come to cyclefit a year ago. I would have saved myself four pairs of poorly fitting shoes.

I had a bike fit by Julian. The whole experience from the moment I walked in to when I left was relaxed but professional. After having knee replacement surgery earlier in the year I was keen to get back on my bike (and to buy a new one) but needed to make sure the bike working for me. Julian was able to use his depth of experience and knowledge to advise me on the optimal set-up. Very happy with the outcome and can’t wait to pick up the new Landrace Tupelo. Many thanks.

I had a great session with Vaughn. I had the comprehensive fitting and I was really pleased at what was covered and how it was structured. I had a cheaper hour-long service in the past and that was a waste of time in comparison - you really do get what you pay for. My flexibility and strength was assessed, I was videoed on the rig from front and side angles, and even the shape of my feet was checked. Recommendations were made for new shoes and custom insoles (which they sell), but at no point was I pressured to buying anything. At the end of the session we went through a range of potential bikes, comparing the geometry to my own, and recommendations were made. If I hadn't gone through this process I would have gone for a smaller bike, and the wrong type!

I had a shoe fit and subsequently had sidas custom insoles made. Vaughn was super knowledgable and I left confident I had selected the right shoes needed for my particular feet and my particular riding style.

Superb customer service and excellent advice. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bike. I loved my first bike from Cyclefit as it was fitted and adapted for how I like to cycle and was incredibly comfortable. I was gutted when it was stolen, but going back to Cyclefit and their fabulous service has made me forget about the negatives and just look forward to being out on another wonderful bike again.

I met Jimmy at Sigma in 2019 and since then I have followed him! Literally. He is professional, friendly and my go to bike fitter. I did a bike fit on 19/6 with him. He is as good as I remember him. Also, nice shop, first time for me in the new CF place.

This was a superb session with Vaughn. You felt you were in the hands of a deep and experienced expert who remained passionate and interested in their work. I learnt so much! And I also particularly appreciated how Vaughn was always open to questions and queries and was never defensive or 'locked into' a particular position of point of view. I guess that is true expertise: when you are confident enough in what you know to enjoy other perspectives and differing viewpoints. If you're serious about competitive cycling and just getting into it, do a bike fit session before you go any further - you won't regret it!
