Thanks to everyone at Cycle House for sorting out my bike, while I waited, especially the young man who replaced the chain and rear sprockets which were in a dire state. My bike now works like it did when it was new. Happy cyclist.

I can always rely on Si & the team to give me the right advice. I needed new tyres and was suffering with punctures quite a lot. They recommended tyres that were right for the kind of surfaces/riding I was doing and offered me the best puncture resistant tyre they offer. I've had no issues since and in fact they've made riding more comfortable!
