I've had a couple of "not awesome" service experiences with Cyclemania in the past, but Saturday was as good as it gets. My wheel had fallen over as part of spring cleaning and it knocked the drivetrain off. Walked in early and walked out with a repaired wheel a few minutes later -- hugely appreciated.

Tim was extremely friendly and helpful. My ask was a little bit unique I suppose and he took the time to research the component I needed, ordered it, and installed it when it arrived. I really appreciate me the no judgement and willingness to fully resolve the issue I had with my bottom bracket.

Ben is a top-notch bicycle and associated gear enthusiast and salesman. He is also quite upbeat while answering customer questions with care and detail. I have worked with him over the phone twice and multiple times in the store. On my second visit to the store, Ben helped me determine which of two endurance bikes I liked would be best for me. He said that bike would be coming in before May. On my third visit to your shop, I test-rode the 58cm Cannondale Synapse Carbon 4 red bike. Ben made adjustments to it to make it fit me better. After a four mile test ride, I bought it! The other sales and mechanic staff onsite are also friendly, skilled and pleasant to be around. Although I live an hour's drive north, CycleMania is now my local bike shop!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had a spoke break on a ride and my bike was ready in a couple of hours, this has been the case everytime I’ve brought a bike to Cyclemania!

I dropped my bikes off on Tom Doolittle's first day. He did an exceptional job getting me checked in and listening to me. And the bikes were ready early. I also picked up my bikes from Tom. He was great, super professional and easy to work with. Thanks team!
