I scheduled an appointment at CycleMania to have the brake caliper mounts on the frame and fork checked and faced if needed. The same day I dropped off the bike I received a call from the mechanic to discuss his analysis, which was that the everything was aligned and did not need to be faced. I drove almost 2 hours to CycleMania because they are one of the few bike shops that has the proper tooling to do this work. I was able to further review the analysis with the mechanic when I picked up the bike and then was told that since they didn't do any actual facing that there would be no charge! Crazy nice people. Thanks again!

Great customer service! Had a frozen bike seat, they ordered and replaced the post, got it back in under a week. I’m also new to the area and one of the employees gave me advice on some areas to ride. Did a 30+ mile ride on the eastern trail yesterday, was beautiful! Cycle mania will def be my go-to bike shop here in Portland.

Worked with Ben Sawyer on getting my first gravel bike and it couldnt have been a better experience. Clearly has a wealth of knowledge, but also did a great job listening, being patient with my lack of bike knowledge, and advising me to find the right bike.
