I came in to pick up a repaired wheel near the end of the day Saturday. Yes, no one acknowledged I was there and, yes, that's a bit of a chronic shortcoming, but when I was taken care of, on his own initiative (I didn't say anything), he admitted the problem and dropped the bill from $100 to $60 by way of an apology. VERY KIND! No offense taken. I just assume cyclists are a bit distracted. I certainly am. Still the best shop in town with the most skilled service and nicest people.
Ben Sawyer was extremely knowledgeable about e-bikes and could explain all aspects and answer every question we asked. He let us test at least 4 bikes out. He was very patient with us. We ended up buying one!!
Awesome service! Despite it being a busy Saturday, the staff took the time to really tease out what I was looking for in a bike and helped me try out a few different models. They gave great suggestions about what would work best for me on a bike and had awesome recs for upgrades. 10/10!
