It was my first time in the store, and I didn't expect it would be that well stocked. I was looking for a toddler bike and thought I would have to order one online. You had great options that were already assembled so it took me 5 minutes to pick a bike that my son absolutely loved. Everyone of your staff I interacted with was helpful, smiling and in great mood overall.

I had an incredible experience at Cyclepath Oakville thanks to Evan, who went above and beyond from the moment I first called the shop. He was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly—something I truly appreciated as I explored my options. What really stood out was how different this experience was from the many other bike shops I had visited. There was absolutely no pressure. Instead, Evan made the process easy and enjoyable. He even had the bike I was interested in built within a day just so I could try it out, which was amazing. He also offered me discounts on accessories I would need, a 18-month free tune-up service from the shop, and reassured me that if anything came up with the bike in the first year, the shop would be there to support me. That peace of mind made a big difference. Overall, it was just a great experience from beginning to end and that is coming from someone who has overseen customer service for a multitude of companies over the last two decades. In closing, I highly recommend Cyclepath Oakville—and especially Evan—for anyone looking for quality service, honest advice, and a team that cares and understands the customer comes first.
