Service Department is awesome! I went away for a week and they let me leave my bike while I was away. I know they didn't have too but how nice was that? The shop feels like a Mom and Pop operation. There are bigger bike shops in the area. Cyclery USA is my go to shop.
They were all super nice and friendly and did not pressure us to hurry up and make a decision. When I wanted to ride my new bike home and leave my old one there they were ok with that and held it for a couple of hours until we came back.
Everything went exactly as explained and priced. Drew has taken care of me since I bought the bike and that awesome service continued this time. Can’t wait to try out my new brakes!
Service: Attention to detail, fixing stuff I ddin't think to ask about - I feel like the bike mechanics really do care about bike riders.
Products: I really like Trek and wish there were more premium bikes in my size to test ride. Over the years I've spent typically shopped the $3k, $6k to $8k range (in mountain, gravel and road bikes) and the onsight offerings that actually fit me - tend to be more a mattter of luck than anything. Because finding the right fit is hard, I've purchased Cannondale, Specialized and Trek - mountain, gravel, road bikes to fit my individual needs
Great people to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience pleasant.
Thanks. Heather, Bob, John and Sergio.
Will definitely see you again.
