I already purchased a bike for myself from this store. Staff wonderful. I saw the deal on the bike I wanted for my boyfriend. The store staff very helpful. I ordered the bike, some how there was some miss communication. I contacted the store regarding my order, more miscues, grateful for John and the amazing Heather. Heather sorted it all out. We came and picked up the bike Friday, thrilled. Everyone was amazing!! Thank you!!

It was my first time buying a MTB, from calling the place to me leaving with the bike, they made sure i had the full experience. Sergio is the man, he answered all my questions throughly. Before i left they made sure my bike was good to go with a quick check up. Cyclery USA is by far the best bike shop around. So thank you Sergio and the cool long hair dude that checked my bike (sorry i didn’t get your name). amazing customer service and amazing people and vibes.

Service Department is awesome! I went away for a week and they let me leave my bike while I was away. I know they didn't have too but how nice was that? The shop feels like a Mom and Pop operation. There are bigger bike shops in the area. Cyclery USA is my go to shop.
