I like that they have great selection of bicycles and accessories. We also love that there are experienced service staff and sales. Heather always does a great job and I seem to learn something new after talking to her after my visits.

Same day service. I brought a rear bicycle wheel in to get an extended rear axle. Steve advised me he would order one for me and replace it. He also advised he may have one in stock. Within 2 hours, I received a text that it was ready. That was fast.
