Professionalism, true to-the-core passion for bicycles. I love that I can have conversations with the salesman and technicians in store to become a more informed buyer and customer. The team at Redlands helped get my bike from busted to polished up & like new again with the silver tune-up package. Between riverside and Redlands, expect me to continue being a regular! In addition to services, I'll likely come back to purchase my next bike. In hindsight my only feedback or suggestion is a walkthrough of everything that was done. This is for assurance and confirmation of services performed. I understand the team being very busy especially with the upcoming move but a review can be a stamp of approval for both tech and customer.
