I recently brought my bike in for a cleaning and tune up. Everything was done in a straightforward and efficient manner. They offered me the service I needed and did not try to upsell me on anything. The staff in the store were courteous and professional.

The service department came to help me as soon as I walked in the door to see how they could help. Everyone was very friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot and had the bikes ready for me the next day. The prices were a bit high for things that I could have probably done myself, but for the prompt time convenience it was worth it for me in this instance..

I am a customer of another bike shop, but when I was given a 2-week appointment for a derailleur adjustment after a minor accident, I called Cyclery and the lady on the phone said come on over, if it's something minor, we can take care of it while you wait. I did, and Thomas was fantastic. Pleasant and efficient,he straightened the bent derailleur and I was on my way
