A big thanks to CUSA for helping get my daughterβs bike back from the accident she had. New frame and rebuild, with some replacement parts. It was nice knowing that this aspect the accident was going to be taken care of without too much trouble on my end.

As older non-athletes, we brought in an electric trike with a couple of problems, mainly chronically flat tires and brakes. They helped us unload and load it, and proposed solutions and had it fixed in two days. Everyone was cordial and helpful.
Good service, with knowledgeable staff. They understood my problem (which was my fault for not checking a measurement), consulted with other staff to form an educated guess at the best measurement, understood the risks of the guess and the material properties of the item which might help reduce that risk (ductility!), and recommended a product based on that.
In general my expectations for critical thinking and care from businesses are very very low. Cyclery USA was a lovely surprise. I'll be back.
