Steven in maintenance was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule to look my bikes over before we left town. He took the time to help me figure out how the new Aventon eMTB worked. Heather and Tiffany even jumped in (the bike is new for everyone) and helped us all learn. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in a bike shop…thank you all very much!

I was visiting family in Redlands and was looking foreword to some trail riding on my mtb. But out on the trail, my bike had an issue that needed attention.
