Very knowledgeable sales people, they also take the time to answer all your questions and look up products online if they are not in the store! The bicycle repair shop in the back is one of the top shops in California, I would not bring my very expensive road bikes, anywhere else. Happy to have this resource close to my home!

Everything, particularly your staff (the sales floor and the techs in back). The staff are key, everything else is everything else (‘everything else’ of which one can buy anywhere else). Fair pricing, esp for a quality and biking-passionate LBS.

Thomas is the best!! He is friendly, knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you understand what is going on with your bike. I can't imagine having anyone else work on my bike after meeting him. You rock, Thomas!!!

Had my Felt Ar5 serviced with the gold package. The young man that helped me was very energetic and very enthusiastic about helping me. He was also very knowledgeable on all the services as to why and why not to apply them to my bike. I forgot to ask his name but, I used to go to another local bike shop and this guy totally earned my business going forward. All the staff in the store was friendly and as well. Rode bike since service and everything is well. Last time at different location my bike was serviced before a race, and it did not turn out well.
