My visit was a service call. Thomas Took time to assess my bike while I was there, discussed what he found with me, checked on availability of needed parts, and gave me a realistic timeline for completion of the repair. Old/broken parts where provided to me with my repaired bike. On unexpected part needed to be replaced. Thomas gave me a clear explanation of why the part was needed. My bike and I were treated with care and thoughtfulness.

The customer service is excellent and they take care of “the little things” without being asked. On my last service appointment there, I had brought my bike in for a headset replacement and handlebar trimming, the tech noticed the battery on my remote derailuer was low and charged it up. Things like that make this place great.

I feel really bad as I don’t remember his name, but the young man that helped me was really amazing. I told him what I was looking for and my experience level and he showed me some options. He was not at all pushy or trying to sell me something way beyond what I needed. I ended leaving with a bike in my price range and that I was happy about. If I ever need another one, I’ll be back. Thank you

I brought to Redlanda USA Cycling 2 bikes for repairs and service. I brought them there because I was very disappointed with the bike shops in and near my local town (Hemet). I remembered buying my Trek Madone SLR there 4 or 5 years ago and how I was impressed with the friendly attitude I found there.. so I decided to go to Redlands USA Cycling even though it was miles further than local. .. To make a long story short, I was 'very glad' I got my bikes repaired there .. and the price for those repairs was a lot lower than the other shops would have charged me! Yep, I'm 'very glad' I brought my bikes to a bike shop that is extra friendly, and most of all a bike shop I can trust to do high quality repairs. 😀

The service was outstanding. I went in with a needed tire repair, expecting to drop off and pick up later. However, they repaired the tire immediately. And, they even cleaned my bike. All for an exceptionally reasonable price of $26.00.
