As older non-athletes, we brought in an electric trike with a couple of problems, mainly chronically flat tires and brakes. They helped us unload and load it, and proposed solutions and had it fixed in two days. Everyone was cordial and helpful.
Good service, with knowledgeable staff. They understood my problem (which was my fault for not checking a measurement), consulted with other staff to form an educated guess at the best measurement, understood the risks of the guess and the material properties of the item which might help reduce that risk (ductility!), and recommended a product based on that.
In general my expectations for critical thinking and care from businesses are very very low. Cyclery USA was a lovely surprise. I'll be back.
You were fast in repairing my bike. You examined the bike first to see if there were obvious problems that needed to be addressed. You explained in detail what it was going to take.
I went to the store to pick up a liner for my bike helmet and 2 employees stopped what they were doing to help me insert the liner and explained how the liner goes in. Otherwise, it would have taken me an hour to figure it out on my own. Thanks
So simple knowledge of your products and detailed workings of merchandise. That salesman listened as I rant that there is no road bike shop in Moreno valley and he agreed and knew the aim of the business.
