I love that you carry a lot of small miscellaneous parts that would otherwise have to be ordered, and your customer service is second to none, everyone that works there is friendly and very helpful every time I come in. Stopped at the new location of Redlands Cyclery for a broken spoke repair. The mechanic was kind enough to drop what he was doing to swap out the rear wheel, adjust the brakes and lubricate the chain. They will replace the broken spoke and true the wheel at their convenience. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I love the new location directly across the tracks from the Historic Redlands Train Station. It’s only two blocks from Escape Craft Brewery! It was built in 1888 as a grainery. Fantastic atmosphere to match the fantastic staff.
