Scott was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful when my friend and I came in to inquire about E-bikes. He immediately made me us feel at ease, showed us suitable bikes for our needs, and we both ended up buying a Trek Elektra Townie Go E-Bike. He also helped us select helmets, locks, and other accessories. He spent a lot of time showing me different bike racks and their features, too. I bought a mid-range bike rack to get our bikes home. I can’t say enough about how pleasant our experience at Redlands Cyclery was, and especially how instrumental Scott was in my decision to make this major purchase at Redlands Cyclery.

Competitive pricing and excellent service. Had a less-than-ideal encounter with a service tech at the other bike shop in town the last time who had attitude, treated me dismissively, and whose $200 service didn’t even fix the issue. Thankfully my Cyclery experience was the exact opposite!
