I was down in Redlands doing my therapy I was in a bad cycling accident girl pulled out in front of me and I had to swerve to the right braked after that don't know what happened 6 ribs broken punctured lung clavicle cracked scapula cracked concussion so Ive been riding on a trail behind my house no more out in street it's to dangerous I had a flat I was down in Redlands and what a nice looking store and the people that work there fantastic the mgr of this Cyclery USA very friendly showed me some bikes helped look up a helmet cuz I need a new one but I was very pleased thank you so much 🙏

I got my green velotic go 1 utility repaired at the Cyclery USA at Redlands and man they were so kind to me. I'm a complete novice at bikes but they were super chill, I'm the kind of person to apologize constantly for not taking proper care of my bike (I definitely overused and didn't maintain the bike well enough and I take responsibility for that), but they didn't shame me or anything. For the price I paid I got specialized labor done on my e-bike, a workhorse of a bike I've used for everything between groceries to running errands since I can't drive due to disability. They delivered in every way, new parts, installed correctly, they even fixed the kickstand. 370 dollars total is more than reasonable for skilled and specialized labor that fixed both wheels, replaced brakepads, and a brake bleed (I apologize for my lack of knowledge on the subject). They even called me asking permission before they did the brake bleed and gave me the updated cost, I really appreciate that. Anyway, can't recommend these guys enough. Professional, kind, relaxed environment. Give them a shot next time your bike needs some work done.
