I love that you carry a lot of small miscellaneous parts that would otherwise have to be ordered, and your customer service is second to none, everyone that works there is friendly and very helpful every time I come in. The prices are fair, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Your store and staff make customers want to return again.

Stopped at the new location of Redlands Cyclery for a broken spoke repair. The mechanic was kind enough to drop what he was doing to swap out the rear wheel, adjust the brakes and lubricate the chain. They will replace the broken spoke and true the wheel at their convenience. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I love the new location directly across the tracks from the Historic Redlands Train Station. It’s only two blocks from Escape Craft Brewery! It was built in 1888 as a grainery. Fantastic atmosphere to match the fantastic staff.

Brought a replacement front headlight for my bike. Staff was helpful in showing me the new differences in the product from those of the previous one. Staff is always helpful in every way to assure that i have the right product and/or service when I come in.

Employees have been knowledgeable about my queries. If there wasn't an item in stock that I needed they either offered a suitable alternative or the option to order it for me without pushing the point. This is really appreciated. I really dislike being pressured into making a purchase. I've taken 2 bikes to be worked on and they've been timely and realistic with the turnaround times.
