I would like to recognize the staff at Redlands Cyclery USA for their decades of service. As of January 2026, the shop has just opened its new historic downtown location at 21 W. Stuart St., They took care of my bicycles since late 1987 on Tennessee in Redlands. The store has an array of cycling clothing and shoes. Friendly, Knowledgeable staff offer excellent care and advice.

Professionalism, true to-the-core passion for bicycles. I love that I can have conversations with the salesman and technicians in store to become a more informed buyer and customer. The team at Redlands helped get my bike from busted to polished up & like new again with the silver tune-up package. Between riverside and Redlands, expect me to continue being a regular! In addition to services, I'll likely come back to purchase my next bike. In hindsight my only feedback or suggestion is a walkthrough of everything that was done. This is for assurance and confirmation of services performed. I understand the team being very busy especially with the upcoming move but a review can be a stamp of approval for both tech and customer. Thank you again for the services and for the quick turnaround despite the upcoming move. Team proved that they can be depended on for reliable, precise, and professional service.
