I went into the cyclery USA on Tyler and Indiana and I was honestly intimidated but the staff there is very kind. Guiding me to the right direction to order a new crankshaft for my e-bike then to arrive and they helped me install it and it’s worked perfectly since and I wanted to sincerely say thank you

I visited Cyclery USA riverside as an introduction to E-Bike while my wife was in the hospital in riverside. Everyone working in the store were very welcoming, informative, and kind. Everything about e-bikes was all new to me and I had lots of questions. After receiving all answers to all my questions I decided to order an E-trike and have the puncture proof armour for all three wheels installed. When the E-Trike was ready for me to pick it up I was contacted promptly. I traveled two hours from my home in Lucerne Valley, CA to pick it up. When I picked up my new limited edition Grateful dead E-trike it was completely assembled, clean, and no scratches or scraps. The work crew loaded the E-trike into the bed of my Silverado and made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciate all that Cyclery USA riverside have done for me. I strongly believe in loyalty to businesses that treat their customers right and I am looking forward to doing business with Cyclery USA riverside in the future. I have also been letting everyone know that Cyclery USA riverside is a great place to purchase any kind of biking products and accessories PS: I'm really enjoying my new E-trike and I'm getting lots of good comments about it

Walked in wasn’t pressured said I want that bike. Wasn’t up sold unnecessarily bike was went over before leaving in and out in 15 mins. Great no non sense service. Will buy here again. I also have experience in working in bike shops and this interaction was seamless.
