When I visited the Canterbury store to look at Electric bikes,. Adam recommended the Trek Verve and offered to order one in for me to try it. This was done promptly, so a few days later I tested it and was impressed with its build quality and performance. He offered a good discount, and after giving it some thought and reading positive reviews, I decided to buy it. He and all the staff were very helpful. The only thing he could have done better would have been to give a more thorough explanation of the functions of the Bosch Assist System. Even the handbook did not fully explain them! Fortunately, I found a very helpful video online.

A friendly informed service. We were allowed to test bikes and all our questions were answered. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend visiting the Canterbury store.

I recently bought a new Specialized Levo Comp from Tom at Cycles UK Canterbury. He was great to deal with, very helpful and even set the suspension up for me when i collected it. I’d definitely use them again
