All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and I know several of them by name, including the manager Adam, who is always supremely helpful. Canterbury is a busy store, but my experience of the level of service I receive is that it always feels pleasantly personal. Most products stocked in the shop are good quality, and reasonably priced. I am particularly glad that cycles UK are distributors for Marin bikes, so are obtainable, even though they have to be ordered. Thank you to everyone!

The service I got from cycles UK was very good as they tried to help me with an old battery on my KTM bike that has gone wrong and tried their best with Bosch to get it replaced under warranty and John was extremely helpful helpful unless in the end, we couldn’t get anywhere with the battery which was not cycle UK‘s fault but the way they try to look after me was excellent in the end. I bought a new battery which was supplied very happy, but as for the staff they were all very, very helpful. Can’t say much more than that thank you so much.
