Adam, Lola, John and Trevor always look after me and my bike. Their service is excellent and they always keep me informed about when my bike will be ready. Top tip: they react very well to tins of biscuits or tubs of chocolate mini rolls!

In the first instance I spoke with a polite, knowledgeable, young lady who helped me decide which bike would suit my needs best. When I returned to the shop some days later to collect and pay for my new bike, Adam served me and was equally as polite and knowledgeable. I was grateful the accessories had been fitted to the bike. Adam was patient and respectful as he talked me through the various intricacies of riding an E bike. All in all, a great experience.
