I needed an urgent inner tube change for my Boardman Hybrid bike, this was something that I really wasn’t confident doing myself since it was around 30 years ago since I last did this! Paul and the team at the Chelmsford store were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Within an hour of telephoning the store, the change was done whilst I waited! I won’t hesitate to return if I have any further bike maintenance issues. Thanks guys!
