Ian and the team were very passionate about cycling and were able to recommend the best products from a variety of brands. All the kit was ready when I went into the shop and the team made sure it all fitted correctly. So far the Trek Checkpoint has worked well and is a fast bike for road and gravel surfaces.

They were very helpful on the phone they didn’t know I was buying a bike but still gave me advice and when I eventually went to see it again they were very helpful they sourced a bike that is very hard to find told me all about it at the handover and also said if I have any questions just call us or pop in can’t ask for any more

The service i received from the team at Chelmsford was brilliant , need to call out for Ian who was patient and answered all of my questions perfectly. Even when I had asked the same question before. I didn’t feel pressured and having seen other customers being treated in the shop with brilliant customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team
