This is the first time I'd used Cycles UK in Chelmsford after the closure of the store I regularly used. I took my bike in for a full strip down and rebuild service, something I do every year. I found the staff professional, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help with any questions I had. I would happy recommend them and will definitely be going back.

Everything, I got treated like gold here I would really recommend. If you ever need a bike you NEED to come here, i purchased a Cannondale trail 5 and I’ve never had a easier experience buying something with such ease and convenience the communication with them amazing I was kept in the loop at all times with what’s happening with the bike as we had to order it in.
