Having purchased a pair of Madison Cipher sunglasses the need to fit one of their alternative lenses became desirable. A return visit to the Chelmsford branch established they did not have any sets of replacements in stock but given a couple of days to procure some they could become available. The requisite order was placed and within the predicted time frame "Chelmsford" called to say the new lenses had arrived and were ready for collection. A very satisfying service. Thank you.
