Great staff members, very helpful. I was looking for my first road bike, and Omar Davis guided me through the best options available within my budget. I especially appreciated test rides - tested 2 bikes and chose my Orbea Orca right after. Omar then helped me choose pedals and shoes, showed how to clip in and out. 2 days later my C2W voucher was ready and I collected my bike - again, it was ready very quickly. Very happy with my experience with Cycles UK Greenwich!

The Greenwich cycle store is a proper local bike shop - I have had multiple services and help from the guys in the store over the years, and they've always been extra helpful and supportive of any questions and giving their valuable knowledge and time. They've even helped in emergencies getting me back on the road or ready for a weekend ride I'd strongly recommend them and the service they provide to anyone.

Super efficient, I’ve got a flat tire cycling nearby Greenwich park, it was almost 6pm, I’ve called them and they waited for me to help and fix the bike, great service amazing staff.

I had an amazing experience at CyclesUK Greenwich. The customer service was exceptional—Both Steve and Omar, really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they were also incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and offering suggestions. I truly felt valued as a customer, and it’s clear they care about what they do. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!

Honestly the best service I’ve had from any bike repair shop. The shop itself is great. The mechanics were amazing and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my bike. They were super fast and only charged me what had to be done. I would very much recommend coming here.
