Staff always so friendly and helpful and accommodating as my bike should have had its first service in December, but due to an injury which lasted longer then I anticipated. I wasn’t able to bring my bike in. I had informed them back in December that I was unable to use my bike due to injury. As soon as I walked in an explained a little they said yes no problem we can service your bike right now if you want. I couldn’t be more thankful. Staff are so knowledgable about all products and services.

Rod was extremely friendly and helpful this morning when I brought my wife’s bike in for attention. He offered to fix it within the hour! Problem resolved and bike collected with a recommendation it be serviced soon. Now booked in for domestic love and attention

It was good to chat with Rod and others in the shop about the relative merits of Specialized e-bikes a few times over the winter months before deciding to finally buy one now Spring has sprung! They sorted out a rack for it too and the bike itself rides like a dream,- mind you at a serious price point I guess it should ! Certainly a better option than any car around these ever increasingly congested South east Essex roads.
