Have used Maidstone CyclesUK for many years. Russel is like a friend !! When considering buy our new bikes, went straight to Maidstone Cycles UK, Nathan was brilliant, very patient as we all tried to work out the best options for us. Have to confess when we went home to check out the details, your web site is not very good. There are many online specialist sellers with much better web sites which easily list all the options, such as weight reach etc. The small details are the difference. A retail shop has to be as good on the details as an online shop, especially as a retail shop will always be more expensive. People will pay for service, and all the staff at Maidstone are brilliant, but when making such an expensive purchase, you need to be reassured that you know what you are getting, with an ever changing market. Gravel bikes did not exist when we last bought a bike !!! Please invest in your web site. A big in store graphic with bike type and materials explained would be helpful for the novice too.
