We bought a bike for my daughter. This is the second bike I have bought from UK cycles. The customer service is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable about the bike you are buying. Helped fit a cycle helmet for her as well. Very good customer service, very happy with UK cycles.

Excellent service in every respect. All members of staff were helpful, couteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. They seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue with my bike. The solution was delivered much more quickly than I had anticpated and for an extremly reasonable cost. In every respect it was a real pleasure to have dealings with you. Thank you. (shame about having to pay to park outside the shop though, but there is nothing you can do about that !)
