As a novice I was sceptical about buying my first road bike, given the huge difference in ranges and price and very little knowledge of bikes, despite some online research. However both Connor and Mike gave me some great advice and confidence, and it was clear they were not going to rip me off by selling me a bike that I didn't need - unlike another dealer I had previously visited! I came away very pleased with my purchase, and a great level of service from them both. I would thoroughly recommend Cycles UK as a decent bunch of guys to deal with.

As a relatively new cyclist wanting to upgrade, I wanted to some advice as to what bike to get. Connor was brilliant in identifying the right bike for what i wanted to use it for which actually was under the budget I’d given him. No hard sell, just good advice. Picked the bike up next day and it’s prefect!

Conor fixed my bike call me up then give me a price for a service done that also fix the problem with the charging and put new tires on the bike is brand-new now he’s a top load
