I needed new kit for a work bike i was unfamiliar with. Connor and colleague (apologies for not knowing his name also!) showed why local bike shops are of great value to any small or local community, knowing what would work for the bike and what wouldn't. They could not have been more knowledgable or helpful, understanding what i wanted and then recommeding the right products, fitting them there and then. Honestly were so helpful.
