I find the store is always properly staffed. There's always someone to wait on you and they do so with a smile. Even though many of the staff are young, they seem knowledgeable and everyone is friendly. I love the designated customer parking spaces and the accessible doors. Thank you!

Although my battery was defective, everything was handled very professionally. Stephane notified me that the new one was in. It was installed promptly. My bike was clean and the invoice reflected what was done. Minor comment: a reminder to bring my charger would have been helpful. Staff members are helpful and professional.
