I liked that the bike mechanic (I think his name was Jaime?) was super helpful and knowledgeable. I've been helped by him before and he's supper practical, not trying to upsell just interested in getting my bike up and running quickly and efficiently. I came in with a problem, and he helped me to see that there was a couple of different things happening, and then recommended new pedals, a new tyre and new tube, and some better quality grips - all for a great price and with a remarkable turnaround,. I was back in the saddle first thing the next morning, and these little changes has made for a much more comfortable ride. Top marks!
