Always friendly and helpful. Staff took the time to make sure my children’s first pedal bikes fit properly and to talk with them about wearing helmets and being safe on their bikes.
A staff member once sat with my 5 y old and spent about 10 minutes just explaining to him how gears work and answering all his crazy questions.
I know I can trust your products and the quality of the service.
I trust my children are safe on their bikes.

It’s the customer service that keeps bringing me back. It’s been 20 years. Always a smile, always helpful, always kind. I’ve moved from Halifax to Pictou County over 15 years ago and even though there is a bike shop here I’ve visited, I was not treated with the same kindness as Cyclesmith so I continue to travel to Halifax for all of my bicycle and bike accessories instead. And I always will!
