I’ve had perfect experiences at Cyclesport, and for me. they’ve been the best for sales. as well as service. I have purchased a bike there, upon the brand and sizing recommendations of owner Mike, snd the bike continues to be incredible to ride every day.
And the service at the shop from Mike, Garrett, Sean and Sasha really is the finest there is. Every detail of my bikes’ maintenance is finely tuned and my bikes feel like new after every service. I trust Cyclesport for every aspect of my life on the bike and recommend them 100%!!!

The best there is when it comes to selection and service. The people who work there actually ride and it shows with the passion they show whenever I'm in there for a shiny new toy or for service on one of my bikes.
An added bonus is the coffee shop located under the bike shop. Top notch coffee and sweet treats are the perfect way to celebrate finishing one of the rides that begin and end at the shop,

My husband researched area bike shops and chose this one to buy a gift certificate for my birthday last fall based on the great ratings of being able to try the bikes before you buy and for the personable experience.
I had an excellent experience at Cyclesport the other day! I knew I wanted a hybrid bike but did not know there were different varieties. Mike, the owner, was super knowledgeable and friendly. I rode three bikes and the third was the winner. She's a beauty! They changed the pedals for me and added a bell. The kickstand and the water bottle holder were already on the bike (price not included in bike sale). I bought a new bike helmet. I had no idea helmets expired after 5 years!

I brought my bike in for something that I thought was simple enough to do myself and when I couldn't, I stopped in and let the service professionals do their thing. The problem was diagnosed and fixed (I would have never figured it out) and was ready for pick up as promised.
What more can you ask for?
