Top notch service by experienced mechanics and very friendly staff.

Excellent sales and service people. Very helpful. They will put you on the best bike for you. No pressure. Everyone there is a rider themselves, and will spend the time recommending trails, techniques, accessories. If you have an issue, they will take the time to put your bike on the stand and diagnose the problem. If it's a quick fix, they will fix it (at no charge); if it's a more complicated fix, they will set up a convenient appointment. Work done on time, as promised. Like their periodic education sessions - fixing flats, chain care, bike maintenance. Very informal and imformative, and another way to get tips from folks that are expert riders (and technicians). Cary Trek is everything I want in a local bike shop.

Very helpful staff. Love working with Jeremy. My only issue is the cost but I have nothing to compare it to. I guess I just need to learn to do more of my own bike maintenance.

The associates there are amazing! Both Courtney and Brett were really great to work with. They were attentive, patient, informative and knowledgeable. I've been searching for a bike for some time and they made me feel super secure in my decision to go with the Madone SL 5.
