Trek is the best. The staff, including Brett the manager, are completely focused on the customer. They desire to have the customer get exactly the bike and accessories they want with expertise and understanding. I have been to a few bike shops in my area, NONE compare to Trek in Cary, NC!

They were so knowledgeable and helpful! I just described my issue and they had a good idea of the problem. They proactively ordered the parts and fixed it in time for when I needed it. I have to come from Wilmington, but it is worth it!

I walked in my first time to inquire about assembling an online trike purchase I was considering ( they did not sell the type of bike I was interested in.) They said sure and offered me a reasonable cost. The bike was way more complicated to assemble than was advertised or expected! They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! I will continue to do all my future bike stuff with them.
