All does not always go as planned - simply the unexpected happens at times least expected.
Do have to say this happened with my experience, but how the challenge is address really makes a difference.
In this case there was some team work with Courtney, Jeremy, and Phil. All three contributed and my first ride was excellent.

The team at Cary is top notch and delivered the experience I was hoping for. I originally went to Contes down the street because as they were a bit closer and they actually turned me and my $250 away. I am glad they did because now I feel I have a great place to go with good people at Trek Cary. Thanks for reaching out.
