Brett was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient (!), and down to earth with no BS or "salesy" attitude. Worked with us to arrange delivery of the bikes and carrier. Store was clean, layout was easy to get around in and see the bikes. As first time eBike buyers, I'm not sure how we could have had a better experience!

Sure, you can find the same quality of product at lower prices online but you don’t get real time input from trained bike specialists. At Trek, I get to physically visit a store, test bikes/gear, and get realtime in person feedback about specific questions. In summary, Trek provides top notch products and in person feedback. So yeah, that costs a little more monetarily but the knowledge gained is worth it.
