Brett was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient (!), and down to earth with no BS or "salesy" attitude. Worked with us to arrange delivery of the bikes and carrier. Store was clean, layout was easy to get around in and see the bikes. As first time eBike buyers, I'm not sure how we could have had a better experience!
