Absolutely amazing customer service. we came in for a kids bike with training wheels. There were no kids bike training wheels for the size we’re looking at, but then Jake who helped us out, said that he will be able to fit it in the cycle that we’re looking at and he called us once it was ready so we came back and we tried it out and he helped us very patiently with all the requirements we had. absolutely amazing experience, within like 40 minutes we were able to try out the cycle, were able to get the training attached and purchase it. I would definitely recommend trek for my friends as well. Thank you so much.

Staff was very knowledgeable, helped me choose the correct bike for what I wanted. Didn’t over sell me on something I didn’t need. Educated me on each bike style and had me test ride many different bikes. Smooth transition, quick delivery and build. I would recommend going to the trek store to anyone that’s looking for an awesome bike and awesome experience. 10/10 pleased! Thank you again!
