This was my first time visiting Trek of Cary. The customer experience was phenomenal! I took my bike in for service and Brett was terrific and Wales me through each of the maintenance options. To my pleasant surprise, the turnaround was fantastic! They delivered on their commitment and my bike rides like it was brand new again! This is my new go-to shop for my bike needs!

Very attractive shop and I appreciated Phil's greeting and welcoming me to the Cary area from Asheville. He took the time to review greenways and maps of rides which would be interesting to me. Also, it was good to find that the shop is able to work on my Specialized e-bike! Gregg Solms

Trek is the best. The staff, including Brett the manager, are completely focused on the customer. They desire to have the customer get exactly the bike and accessories they want with expertise and understanding. I have been to a few bike shops in my area, NONE compare to Trek in Cary, NC!

They were so knowledgeable and helpful! I just described my issue and they had a good idea of the problem. They proactively ordered the parts and fixed it in time for when I needed it. I have to come from Wilmington, but it is worth it!

I walked in my first time to inquire about assembling an online trike purchase I was considering ( they did not sell the type of bike I was interested in.) They said sure and offered me a reasonable cost. The bike was way more complicated to assemble than was advertised or expected! They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! I will continue to do all my future bike stuff with them.
