The team at the Cary Trek Bike Shop have been helping me with my cycling needs for over 20 years, even before the became a Trek shop. I can always count on them to ask the right questions and offer proper guidance for bikes and accessories. I’m now on my 4th bike purchased from Trek Cycle in Cary.

I recently purchased my first Trek bike, a Trek Checkpoint, from Trek Cary and had a great experience. My sister, who’s a cyclist in Colorado, recommended that I go to a Trek shop, and I’m really glad I did. Brett and Courtney both helped me over the two days I was in the shop, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. As someone new to Trek bikes, they took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know—from getting the right setup and gear to explaining how to properly take care of my bike. They made sure I felt comfortable and confident getting started, which I really appreciated. They also shared information about local group rides in the area, which was great because I’m excited to get more involved in the cycling community. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I’m grateful for their help. If you're looking for a new bike or just getting into cycling, I highly recommend stopping by Trek Cary.
