The service people I talked to were friendly, knowledgeable and authentic. They answered a ton of questions I had and were never rude or impatient. I love the bike I have now and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Trek has some strong competition but the in-shop support and approachability were big reasons why I went with the brand. Would recommend!

Phil at the Trex Cary NC is a superb Trex Representative. I initially came into the store to get fitted for either a 54 or 56 cm road bike. Phil spent the time with me explaining everything and understanding my needs and wants. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I "clicked" with him immediately and ended up purchasing a Demone road bike which I am thrilled about. When I came to pick up my bike, Phil was with another customer but took a moment to pop outside to say hi to me. He told me "not to be a stranger" and with the experience I had at Trex Cary, I won't. Phil is my guy! Thanks Phil! Thanks Trex!

As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by the person who sold the bike to us. He was super knowledgeable. Explained everything to us clearly. We bought the bike and left the store in under 30 min. Wish all my stores visits are just as pleasant as this one. Our baby girl who turned 3 yesterday was excited to see her new bike. - Kureli

I took my golf push cart to replace inner tubes on all wheels- not exactly a bicycle. They took on the job and finished it nicely in 24 hours. Imagine what they can do for your bike! Friendly, welcoming staff. Not afraid to venture out of the comfort zone to serve customer needs. Professional repair work.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t know much about road bikes and was trying to decide between sizes. I test road 2 different frames probably 20 times in the parking lot while they helped other customers. They answered questions when I had them. The buying experience was great.
