What do I like about Trek Bicycle Cary - EVERYTHING - 1. Awesome Customer Service (wonderful people, great knowledge, caring of the customer needs, etc.). 2. Wonderful inventory (bicycles, bike accessories, clothing, etc.). 3. Service Department - friendly staff, knowledgeable about the mechanics, offer advice, estimates and with good maintenance turnover time.

I was blown away by the customer service when I picked up my bike—Courtney washed me with bucket-load of information, recommended resources, went through how to take care of my bike, adjusted it for me, invited me to call the store for any question, and just made me feel extremely welcome! Plus, she adjusted every little thing for me after my test ride. Really make me want to stick to Trek for the long haul—thanks for the fabulous into cycling, Trek Cary + Courtney!

I have been to 2 Trek Bicycle shops and both have been professional and helpful. They provided fast service at fair prices. In this case I had a flat tire. They were able to fix it immediately and gave advice how to prevent it again during winter storage. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They walked me through the choices for ebikes that fit my needs and took time to make sure the bike was adjusted properly, and I know how to use it. Trek is a brand of bike that is well made! The Verve +1 is extremely comfortable and has a great solid feel. This is my third Trek bike and the durability and craftsmanship is what I have come to appreciate and expect!
