We came with our 12 year old granddaughter, looking for a bike for her. We were greeted by Brett, who immediately focused on our granddaughter, gently asking her about here preferences. He was patient and low key, guiding us through options and encouraging her to try out several different bikes. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We found a bike she liked and that fit her well. As we left, we commented to each other what a fine job Brett had done.

I brought my approx 25 yo TREK 7500 in for a Level 2 service package cleaning/tuning. The finished product is beautiful, like the day I rode it off the showroom floor. Functions smoothly and looks brand new! Great job, guys.

I was only going in for some socks as my current pairs had seen better days and it was time. Lucked out as tiu guys had a few on clearance!! Do want to give credit to the team there as I was greeted and interacted with even though I wasn't going to be a big spender in that occasion. I've worked in retail management for a long time and appreciated the welcome. Also I currently ride a trek amd have been happy with the quality of trek and bontrager products for a long time..
