Very friendly and helpful staff at the Cary shop found for me a part that I needed which is sold out online through Trek. They kindly offered to mail it to me, as I live a distance away, and it arrived in just over a day. I am happy with the service at Trek Cary, and I will go to them again the next time I need a Trek part or item!

There isn’t enough room to convey all the great aspects of Trek in Cary, so I’ll hit the highlights. First, we love your bikes. But, more importantly, we love your sales and service teams. Courtney and Lawrence were amazing! Lawrence remembered me from when we purchased our first bikes a year ago. We picked our conversation right where it left off. (What a memory?!) He made my family and me feel like we were part of the group. Great guy! Courtney was just as awesome. She helped my daughter pick out her second Trek bike, but that’s par for the course. She went above and beyond by helping us navigate the trade process and inviting my family and I on the coordinated Trek rides. She is a great person that truly cares about people and animals. I could tell she is focused on giving back to the community and helping people. Teams like this don’t just exist. They are built by great leaders. I never caught the managers name, but she was very friendly and welcoming. I could tell she cultivated this amazing environment. There is so much more I could add. In summary, my family and I will continue to purchase and service our bikes at Trek in Cary if for nothing else to contribute to this great team. (Thank you to the Trek Cary team!)
