I was on a bike ride and my shifter cable snapped. Fortunately, the shop was on my path about at the furthest part of my ride, so I swung by to see if there was a chance they could fix it on the spot so I didn’t have to call a ride to pick me up. Unfortunately, I had arrived about 20 minutes prior to opening! While I started to call my wife for a ride, there was a worker who saw me standing by the door and came to open it for me. He was kind enough to fix my cable. I don’t recall his name, but him and Jermey got me going again and I’m very grateful for them helping me out!

I enjoyed my visit to the Cary Trek store. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I went there with the purpose of buying riding gloves. The store had a good selection of gloves and was able to get the size and style I was looking for. I also looked at bicycles and they have a great deal of stock.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, recommending needed services as well as optional ones. Turn around on bike service was quicker than expected and thorough, leaving my bike in its best condition. I will absolutely come back for any of my bike needs!

The service people I talked to were friendly, knowledgeable and authentic. They answered a ton of questions I had and were never rude or impatient. I love the bike I have now and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Trek has some strong competition but the in-shop support and approachability were big reasons why I went with the brand. Would recommend!

Phil at the Trex Cary NC is a superb Trex Representative. I initially came into the store to get fitted for either a 54 or 56 cm road bike. Phil spent the time with me explaining everything and understanding my needs and wants. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I "clicked" with him immediately and ended up purchasing a Demone road bike which I am thrilled about. When I came to pick up my bike, Phil was with another customer but took a moment to pop outside to say hi to me. He told me "not to be a stranger" and with the experience I had at Trex Cary, I won't. Phil is my guy! Thanks Phil! Thanks Trex!
