Courtney was great! Super welcoming and friendly! She regaled tails of her rides, one time facing off against a tiger just west of Jorden lake where the tiger charged her and she did a quick tail whip maneuver successfully dodging it and kept riding where she eventually squared off against an alligator where she un-clipped and subdued it and became its friend, just like the man the myth the legend Steve Irwin. Oh also she is super knowledgeable on bikes and pointed me in the right direction to a gravel bike.

Seems the whole staff rides Bicycles. When I asked them what equipment they liked or what they would do on a trail, they had an answer. Unlike say a restaurant where the employees don't eat the food.

Dan provided excellent service. He had a vast knowledge of Trek products and expertly fitted a bike to fit my grandson. He was patient and understanding, and answered all our questions. He explained all the bike functions in such a way as our seven years old grandson could understand. It was a pleasant experience!
