I got my verve bike a year ago and have loved every second that I've ridden. It's comfortable and is fit to me specifically. When I had an issue with my kickstand, the took care of it immediately and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Courtney!

Trek Cary is a hidden gem with great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went initially to window shop, but walked out with my new Domane. Living two hrs. away, I was able to get some time to go back for maintenance yesterday. With a few hours, they had my bike tuned up, and it was ready to go. Thank you.

All the Bike technicians are superb! Lea and Tony went above and beyond to find compatible parts for my Lemond! Courtney gave a great in-service on how to properly use my new Kuat bike rack. Jeremy and Brent help me with other products and services. Phenomenal experience getting my bikes ready for my 1st big race in years! 10+ rating!

I've tried other bike shops but Trek has a way of not making you feel dumb when you ask questions and helping with things that you should probably already know how to do. I'll keep coming back!
