I walked in my first time to inquire about assembling an online trike purchase I was considering ( they did not sell the type of bike I was interested in.) They said sure and offered me a reasonable cost. The bike was way more complicated to assemble than was advertised or expected! They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! I will continue to do all my future bike stuff with them.

I love my new bike, but I had an issue with excessive tire pressure loss in the first few days that required service. In the end, the fix and tire replacement were very good. Special credit to Brett Olds and the rest of the sales team (Phil Adair) and support (Jeff) who helped in Cary, NC. The bike is a QUALITY ride 😊
