I brought in an old bike that had been in a garage for close to a decade. The person who did intake on my bike walked me through all of the repairs he could find and the estimated cost. Mentioning that it might be cheaper to purchase a new bike, but never forced that on me. I highly valued the insight , and appreciated the break down of the cost. And the person who repaired my bike seemed to do each step with extra love. It feels like the bike I took home is a brand new bike. I will absolutely return if I need any other repairs or new gear.

I have trusted Trek bikes for over 15 years. I like that it's an American company and that they have a dedicated store near me. I appreciate that they foster a sense of community by sponsoring local rides. The staff was really exceptional in helping me select and set up my new bike. Thanks!

The friendly staff! The gentleman that took care of my bike was super informative and definitely knew his way around my Dual Sport. He also helped me find several informative services online to support my riding. He helped me solve an issue I was having with my breaks and most importantly helped me learn how to do it myself so I am not completely dependent on the shop for simple things. On top of all that he gave me some important information to consider before purchasing a bike computer. I will definitely come back to Trek Bikes of Cary.
