I was looking to buy a Giant Bikes E-MTB. The gents at Cycology bikes gave me the chance to test ride a bike very similar to the one I was looking at. This was a major factor in me buying the bike from this shop. The bike was ordered and arrived very quickly. The guys set it all up perfectly, ready for me top ride it home. The customer service and product knowledge was excellent.

Great stuff! ... Having recently purchased a new bike from Matt, I am happy to express my gratitude and praise. At no point was I made to feel any pressure to open my wallet and make a decision. Instead Matt gave me straight forward advice and allowed me time to both ask the questions I needed and the time to process. I have also been impressed by email communications receiver... clear, concise and quick. My new Giant bike seems great so far too! All in all 10/10 for service and sale. Matt and staff made it a pleasure no pressure and great advice plus great price and customer service Knowing that I could buy with confidence and assurance in the product but more importantly the after sales service makes it the reason I bought my Giant pro 0 here. Fully recommend and after buying several bikes on line and being disappointed, having it assembled fitted and accessorised takes all the worry out of buying without loosing out on price and staff with real experience
