CIndy was awesome ! She sold 2 homes within our family ... one during the downturn in the late '90s. In 2014 she sold my parents' home for $ 30,000 over asking price - cash. Cindy is the hardest working realtor I have ever met. I have highly recommended her to everyone I know.

She sold our home in Davisburg MI for more than most of the other homes on Dixie Lake. At first her selling estimate was much less than we expected and we were pleased that she listened to us and looked into the reasons we felt she was underpricing our home. All the money we had spent on a new carriage house roof, a whole house generator, professional landscaping in the waterfront with a weed roller that made the waterfront maintenance free, a new furnace and ductwork carried transferable warranties. The house sold within a week of the first & only open house that attracted 16-17 very interested potential buyers. She definitely is a million dollar high quality realtor.
