Cynthia worked with me for more than two years to find the right house. She was patient, understanding, and always honest with me. She taught me a lot about houses, the house buying process, and how and when to negotiate. During the inspection, Cynthia was fantastic and set everything up from the whole house inspection to the radon test to the sewer line scope. She respected my time and made sure to arrange everything at a time convenient for me. I truly appreciate Cynthia's depth of knowledge, calm demeanor, flexibility, and hard work. I will miss working with her but am so happy to have found the right house at just the right time.

Cynthia was my Realtor when I purchased my house 6 years ago. The process was smooth and easy, so of course I reached out to her when it was time to sell the house last month. She really knows the market, and was extremely helpful with guidance in setting the asking price.
