I especially like Caroline's Silver Sneakers class. I also like the weight machines.

I love the holiday pot luck lunches we have. I love the fact that there is an assistant to the Silver Sneakers Class that is so friendly , helpful, and ties everything together to make each person in the class feel welcome and comfortable. Caroline is the best teacher ever and her encouragement and support to all of the people in the class makes me always wanting to attend

Staff is helpful. There is a variety of group exercise classes, although I wish there was another Stretch Class besides on Friday. The work out machinery is well-maintained. The facility is always clean. The ambiance radiates care about positive health. The patrons at the location are respectful of others.
