Desmond agreed to service my old treadmill that I bought from another store. I wasn’t sure I could find a technician that would come to my home, so that was excellent. Unfortunately, we learned that Nordic Trac would not update the old software. I was happy to shop at Dakota Outdoors for my next treadmill since Desmond had already shown excellent customer service. They delivered my new treadmill the next morning and hauled off the old treadmill. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you!

The agent was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to ride the bike to appreciate it and understand it.
When I returned to buy it he installed all of the accessories and was so wonderful to explain all of the options and offered other options but was not pushy.
This purchase was easy and not hurried or pressured. I will recommend this store and purchase from here in the future.

Service was top notch. We were surprised that they actually gave us the bikes and said go ride them for awhile and see if they work for you. Like how Deacon took time to download the bike app and how to use it, along with the Trek app. We bought local to have service if needed and strongly recommend Dakota Outdoors.
