Pickup is always fast. Driver provides card showing your parking spot. Driver helps with luggage and asks what terminal you are flying from. When you return, The Parking Spot ap allows you to see where the vans are and The Parking Spot sends you a text indicating they are aware you are approaching the pickup point. Check-out is super fast. I use The Parking Spot every time I fly from DFW.
