This was our first time using The Parking Spot. The app and entire process was so easy. I am not tech saavy and had no issues The drivers were very helpful and friendly. We also had a great rate vs parking at the airport I will use this service again

Easy to reserve a spot and check in. Speedy pickup at my car and taken from the parking lot to the airline terminal Check-in gateway. Easy pickup at the airport terminal after claiming luggage. Easy delivery right to my car. Easy drive out of the lot and home! It’s too easy!

I want to give a shout out to your Assistant Manager David Evrard who took the time to call me after my first negative review regarding the checkout problem we encountered on the night of May 10th. He took the time to hear my story and attempted to figure out what caused the glitch with your systems. His effort to contact me definitely changed our minds from "never again" to "see you next time".

The process is very efficient. It's easy to set up the reservation. When you arrive, they immediately direct you to where you need to go. Drop off, pick up, return to car. Very seamless. When I'm traveling, I'm looking at getting my car parked and getting to the airport. When returning, picking up the bag and getting in my car as fast as possible. That's been my experience here.

Easy, inexpensive and close to Airport with shuttle service to and from Airport. Definitely do it again.
