It's nice to have a safe place to park for a few days while I'm gone, and especially with all the construction at DFW it's nice to have the shuttle ride to and from the terminals. The drivers we had were both kind and helpful and conveyed us safely to our destinations.

It was so convent to park in The covered parking spot. DFW have too much construction going on right now. Most of all I just loved when we parked the bus was ready to take us to our terminal.

I like the convenience of the parking spot. I do think you need to add shuttles when there are a number of reservations around the same time. I had to wait because the first shuttle was full.

I did have issues with my last visit to parking spot. I completed the survey received following that visit expressing my concerns. Mr. Reginald McGlothen gave me call within 48 hours of me completing that survey, We discussed the issues and he effectively addressed all my concerns.

Driver and staffs were very courteous and helpful. My car was safe while parked for six nights at the facility. It helped us not to ruin my vacation. Shuttle was quick to meet us as soon as we parked in the facility to drop us at the terminal. It helped us not worry getting late on our flight. But going back to the facility from terminal took time especially that we arrived at 10 pm. I hope this will improve.
