Service is fast and efficient. Pick up at the Parking Spot did not have too long a wait and delivery to the Terminal was accurate and in reasonable time. Also, and important to us as Travelers returning at night, was that pickup from our Arrival Terminal was reasonably prompt. In both instances the drivers were helpful and courteous. As long-time Parking Spot users, we continue to be well pleased. Thank you.

The staff was kind and very helpful. It was so nice to be dropped off right at our departure gait and picked up within minutes of arrival back. My vehicle was safe and out of the elements, and for a very affordable price. Definitely will use this service again.

The location is great and everytime I park the bus is right there to pick me up. I feel like we never have to wait long and we are off to the airport. I love that they give you a card with parking info so you don't have to remember where you parked. I give the driver that card upon returning and shuttled right back to my spot. It just runs all so smoothly. This last trip upon returning the bus was right outside the building. I got home in no time at all. Thanks for great service.

I am usually taking an early morning flight, the early morning attendants are always so kind and friendly. The drivers for the most part are very helpful with assisting me with my luggage. The most value-added customer service for me is that the busses are ready to take me to the airport, I rarely have to wait more than ten minutes to leave from TPS to the airport.
