It is better than taking an Uber home from the airport. I live too close to DFW Airport for ride share services. Tier drivers will accept my trip and then. cancel. I have had to wait on more than 1 occasion for more than 95 minutes for a ride home after a trip. The parking spot was a breeze. I caught their shuttle after I waled out of baggage claim and went directly to my car. I was home within 25 minutes of arrival, no stress. Ken S.

Greeter person was quick and clear, bus was present when I unloaded the car, trip to the terminal was quick and the driver helpful. On return, pick up was quick after a phone call and driver was also efficient and helpful. Parking lot was secure and according to expectations.

The process of going to the terminal and coming back from the terminal was very smooth. Our return was at 5am and there was still a shuttle there to quickly pick us up and get us to our car. I greatly appreciate the experience we had and look forward to the next time we use The Parking Spot.
