Ride and assistance with luggage was wonderful. Seemed to be more frequent shuttles to the North Parking Spot than the South. But after 4 north shuttles and 10 minutes, a South Parking Spot shuttle picked me up.

Personnel at the entrance are helpful, pick-up is prompt and the all the drivers are helpful and safe when transporting us. The buses are clean and do not have an awful smell in them. It would be helpful to have the driver’s QR code back up on one of the walls instead in the bus so we the passengers are not trying to rush to get the code once the bus has stopped and we are getting let off to retrieve our vehicle. The spot is safe and an essential and appreciated service!! I never park at the airports anymore!! Thank you!!

This is a revised review wherein I have changed my score from 5 to a 10. This is the result of the company actually reading my review and then calling and emailing me requesting that I call them to further discuss my issues. After having done so, I was impressed that the company was genuinely interested in trying to improve its service and took the time to personally contact me. As a gesture of their concern over my negative experience, they awarded me a few days of free parking. Based on this experience I will be using them again.
