The drivers are so friendly and helpful! They pick you up AT your vehicle if possible, otherwise they are quick to pickup at the designated location. There are always enough shuttles to minimize wait times, even outside of normal hours. The shuttles are clean, tidy, and well maintained. We will always use The Parking Spot for Dallas Love!

It was easy to park, get a shuttle and get to the airport on time.

I booked my car stay in advance. Very easy process as well. I received confirmation via a QR Code to use upon arrival to and from the Parking Spot. Once I arrived at the Parking Spot to park my car, the shuttle basically followed me to immediately pick me up after I parked. I so appreciated that. With my return, I couldn’t completely understand where to place the code once I picked up my car but a service rep onsite was able to assist me. I also appreciated the Parking Spot drivers to and from the airport - very courteous and timely. Thank you Parking Spot, and yes, I will definitely park there again.
