Very good service and highly recommended. Simple and User friendly process. Go and park your car and they will pick you up from the car parking spot and drop you off at airport. Return , pick up same spot and drop back to the car parking spot. Really love this.

I really like the option for covered parking at Dallas Love Field. I also felt like the shuttle service came as quickly as possible. While one couple called to complain because we waited only about 3 minutes, I didn't think that was a big deal during the summer vacation time. Also, the covered parking was enough shade to stand under. I also like how the drive always lifts my luggage into the shuttle and puts them outside for us after we get to the airport. I always tip them because they work so hard at the Parking Spot. I also appreciated the worker in the parking spot booth at the entrance who helped me scan my paper copy to help me enter. The Parking Spot has specials all the time and I didn't have to pay until I completed my travel. Overall I was very pleased with the Parking Spot I and I will definitely use the Parking Spot again.
