The drivers are always so pleasant. I never have to wait very long at the pickup area and it is so easy to track the next cheese bus (our daughter's description) that is headed to pick us up. Reservations are easy through the app. I love the rewards are automatically calculated and easy to apply to a future reservation.

It was so easy to schedule a parking spot ahead of time and know that it would be available. The driver was courteous, and I didn’t need to wait more than a couple of minutes to return to the Parking Spot after my trip.

It is of great comfort to know that you can park your car and be close to the terminal and have a transport within minutes to take you to the terminal. I highly recommend utilizing The Parking Spot!

Services overall were great. Was a bit concerned upon my initial arrival. The attendant at the entrance didn't seem interested in dealing with anyone much less me. Very short with here question on if i had a reservation and provided no additional input / output or assistance. I drove in and followed the signs to park. I went straight. I was supposed to be picked up at my vehicle. I counted at least 8 buses pass by with no one bothering to pick us up. I had to call and was told someone would be sent. A bus parked at the end of the row and I got back into my car and drove to ask the driver why i wasn't being picked up. I was told I was in the "exit" area? Makes no sense since the signs said park starting at that row and over. He instructed me to drive further down the way. I actually found the "Premium" section in which I had reservation for but no one bothered to assist us to this location. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Please educate your staff to be a bit more attentive. Your business may count on it! Thanks...
