While our last move took us out of his area, Dan still worked to get us in touch with realtors in the places we were looking, and did way more than his obligations to us as clients. Dan made us feel comfortable through the tough negotiations and was on our side ALWAYS. Will always buy or sell with Dan that is forsure! We saw maybe 40 properties with Dan and he was the first to point out aspects of the home of concern, putting himself in the shoes of the families he is working with, by far the best attention to detail and found things of concern we did not see! Very much appreciated. Always easy to get a hold of, patient, has a great team behind him, could not recommend more!

Dan was very helpful during this process from helping me to get the rest of the stuff out of the garage to pictures and posting the listing in a timely manner. Dan was great throughout the entire process of my first home buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and patient in breaking down everything involved in this process and really gave me and my wife confidence during this time. Even when dealing with difficult selling agents and poor communication he took everything in stride and fought for our best interests every step, while frequently reassuring us and presenting us with multiple options when issues did arise.
