Dana is an amazing realtor who took the time to get to know our family in order to ensure we ended up in a house and neighborhood that fit our needs. Dana and Laurie knew exactly what to do to get my somewhat run down home ready for sale. They took charge of the project while I was away, bringing in the right contractors and vendors to make the home presentable. Based on their recommendations, I spent $10,000 to fix things up and with that small investment Dana and Laurie delivered an offer of $100,000 over asking. These two are miracle workers!
