I had an issue with the Iso Speed on my Gen 6 Madone. I called in the morning to see if I could bring it in after work. They said absolutely, so I showed up. Shane jumped in right away, diagnosed the issue, and let me watch as he fixed it on the spot. Then he adjusted my derailleurs and tightened up a few other things. Everything was done so fast, and my bike feels so much better. I will only be bringing my bike here from now on.

The staff at Trek Chelsea were super helpful and gave me everything I needed for my new bike. I felt very comfortable with them asking questions. I've been to this location before to test ride a bike and the level of customer service here is what brought me back to purchase a bike.
