The friendliness, informative, employees, and the quality of the bikes itself. I have the FX three sport with the hydraulic brakes. Faded blue to black coloring, lightweight, aluminum frame, great speed, great comfort.

The people at Trek Chelsea are the best! Knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I only have room for a folding bike so my bike did not come from Trek Chelsea but there is nowhere else I'd go for bike maintenance or accessories.

Trek Chelsea is the bike shop equivalent of Cheers. I’m greeted with a smile and by people who know me each time I walk in. The work is always absolute first class. But the bottom line is, I feel confident each time I get on my newly serviced bike. I know it’s a job done right. THe shop is staffed by pros.

I love the quality of the bike. The frame is much lighter than my last bike, which makes it much easier to carry up and down stairs. The crew at Chelsea were super friendly and very attentive. I purchased some extras, which they fitted on the bike right away. So happy with my purchase.

The team that works at the store are great, had a terrific interaction with Shane, he diagnosed my tire leak and quickly fixed it. I also had a problem with my gears and he fixed that also. Fantastic service!!!
