I was just off a bike in below-20 weather and heading home. I was tired and little bit cranky. Fortunately, the sales clerk was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He asked clarifying questions and payed attention to my answers. As a result, I left your store feeling completely satisfied with the service and my purchases. I didn't get the sales clerk's name, but the receipt listed, "Adam Santos-Powell." Thanks.
