Great shop. Lou was incredibly helpful with helping me unlock my Thule bike rack (I misplaced the keys) and we got lucky to find the right one. I also ended up buying a new seat while I was there for my downhill bike. I’ve purchased a couple of bikes for my kids over the years and the bike rack as well. Highly recommend this place!

Easy, hassle free service provided by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my son's bike in which had a flat tire. As I walked the bike in, Lou told the staff, this bike has insurance (I learned there is a sticker on the bike indicating it has insurance) and told me no charge. I forgot I purchased insurance with the bike, so this was a pleasant surprise. I was in and out in 5 minutes with the bike repaired. Thank you!
