Best overall bike service I have ever received. Great customer service and very professional work on 3 older mountain bikes that needed a major tune up. Fast, friendly and well done.

Prompt repair service on my bike. Courteous staff!

Very friendly, helpful service that went above and beyond, taking care of more than we had asked for with no additional charge!

My first service at Danny’s Mohegan Lake on Friday March 13. I had previously taken the bike for repairs at another repair shop (nearer home) but their repair was no good and took too long; I won’t deal with them again. At Danny’s, the reception clerk introduced herself and started the registration, when Charlie, the mechanic, came from his work area and took the bike and me back there, where he gave to bike a “once over”, quickly diagnosing that the rear derailleur needed to be replaced. He showed me the new part and why the old one had to go. He quoted the cost plus an annual Spring tuneup and said the bike would be ready by the next Tuesday. On Tuesday he phoned to say I could come and pick up the bike. That’s the kind of “promises kept” that every customer wants!
