Very pleased with tune-up of “station” bike — five+ years old with lots of wear. New cables, new chain, new brake pads make it ride like a new bike. Very good value!!

The staff is friendly and accommodating with reasonable prices. They always do on the spot requests for small jobs with no wait time. It is also one of the few shops that allows customers to test drive a new bike before making a purchase. Few places allow customers to ride new bikes.

Loved the experience. The tech, (ron?) was super helpful in explaining the technicals to me. I never feel like I'm getting upsold, and I shouldn't. My bike is an investment, and you guys understand that when you recommend a repair. Thanks again as always. We'll miss you when you ride off into the sunset.

The problem I have been having with shifting finally has been properly diagnosed and fixed by Ed at the shop in New Rochelle. I didn't have to leave my bike to get it fixed, but waited for about 40 min and was off enjoying my ride once again. Thank you Ed!
