I brought in a client's bike for an assessment, and Kyle completed the assessment quickly and efficiently, emailed me a proposal of the work and price estimate, and allowed me to leave the bike at the store while I brought the info back to the client, so he could decide whether or not to proceed with the tune-up/repair.
