The Danny's Cycles' staff at the Rye Brook location were very friendly and helpful taking care of ordering a part for my bike and having it fixed, earlier than expected! Kudos to the staff for keeping me notified as to the wait time and when to expect the bike to be completed. Definitely recommend friends to visit them and see their staff at work and the collection of bikes available.

Chris guided me through every aspect of getting a new bike that would work for me. The rest of the team really made prepping my bike a joy . They even assembled and installed a great rack for my car. I’m actually looking forward to going back for services and equipment.

Very helpful staff, pleasant to work with, they listened to my needs and recommended the two bikes we were looking for based on that. They are always helpful when we go in with very beginner questions and we never feel judged or put to the side even if we aren’t buying products. Highly recommend!
