Great personal service

great customer service. Very friendly team members. Good quality work. Communication is great.

Excellent, knowledgeable service team. But wait time for repairs on a weekend is to be expected when only one mechanic is available. Lots of sellers on the floor but less attention paid by the store to the repair area. That could be improved.

Very helpful team. Called ahead and received great info. and while in-store, the associated provided great guidance on the type of bike that would be best for a growing 9 y.o.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding the correct bike and making sure my kid was happy and comfortable.

Great inventory and high quality service. Go see my man Ed.

Knowledge salesman. Variety of bicycles and helmets. Plenty of parking. Good prices An overall great experience.

I came in on a beautiful and busy Sunday afternoon with an unrepairable flat on my rear tubeless Vittoria tire. Sebastian in the repair shop was so accommodating, he replaced the tire, filled it with sealant and in less than 20 minutes and I was back on my bike. The fairly priced and personal attention is truly appreciated. Thanks to Sebastian and Danny's.

replaced my tire easily and quickly

The guy we worked with was very helpful, was a very easy process to get a new bike for my daughter

The tech who helped me was knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Super good dude.

Efficient repair shop.

I do like an old school shipping experience where someone says "Let me check in the back."
