I like the fact that you’re a specialized bike store and have various bike related products. Unfortunately, there’s no exact match for main gear train replacement, but it was done in a timely manner and bike rides well. Stuff is knowledgeable and professional. Good place for bike lovers to stop and shop, have their bikes serviced.

Customer service was awesome - he (Ed) took the time to explain everything to my wife (who was buying the bike, while still including me in everything. He took out several bikes and talked about the details of each one and wasn't pushy at all. We ended up with a great bike, which fits her. She can't wait to go for a ride!

Excellent, knowledgeable service team. But wait time for repairs on a weekend is to be expected when only one mechanic is available. Lots of sellers on the floor but less attention paid by the store to the repair area. That could be improved.
