I like your service. However, I was out of town when I received your text to inform me that my two bikes were ready for pickup after they had been tuned up. I texted back that I would pick them up on Monday and I received a reply “Perfect”. When I went to pick them up on Monday, the store was closed and I saw that it is closed every Monday. Why was I not told in the text exchange that the store is closed on Mondays? Very disappointing!

Sunday I went there with my bike because it had a break problem. The very nice guy who works in service helped me right after we got there. 40 minutes after I got back my bike fixed and came back home. Thank you very much to all workers.

We liked being able to try out the bike in the back parking lot, ordering seamlessly over the phone, and the staff member helping us load the bike into the trunk of the car. Thank you for making this so easy!

Your staff is what keeps me coming back for the past 15 years. Whether Joey in the front or your mechanics, they are wonderful. But the shelves are a bit empty. Cost of inventory must be high. But that is a problem that smaller retailers have these days.
