Products, prices, sales & service staff are great! My only issue is the lack of line designation for the service area. On my last visit, I was standing in line behind two other customers, and another customer walked right in front of us and stood in front. I informed him that there was one line for both service stations. A few minutes later, another customer walked in and did the same exact thing! Signage/lines/floor marking’s should be designated for this area in order to manage the customers. My impression is that customers drop off their bikes, and then return later to pick up their bikes, and they feel obliged to front-load the line because they we already there, which should not be allowed.
