I was writing the NYC Century when the bolt holding my saddle to the center post failed. I called ahead to trek bicycle upper east side to explain the problem. I rode in and the bicycle mechanic had me back in the century in less than 15 minutes! The folks I was riding with, couldn’t believe it when I pulled up to them in Harlem, they thought for sure I’d be out an hour. Save the day. 10/10 highly recommend.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. I felt the team genuinely cared about getting me a good set up. Dylan was incredibly helpful in advising me on what gearing and wheels would be best for my main use case and took the time to verify that the settings complied with UCI rules without me even asking for it. Dylan even patiently helped me to go over the many color combo choices of my project one bike. The team set the bike up exactly to my specifications and I rode out of the store feeling instantly 'at home' on my new ride. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store, if you are looking for a new bike or need help with your existing ride.
