Products are fine but this store’s service is fantastic. Responsive, attentive up front and repair desk is same. Great at the sales process and post sale service was lights out. The manager Dylan runs a terrific shop.
Big contrast with LA store on Beverly Blvd. I tell everyone how inattentive and somewhat dismissive are both salespeople and also mechanics. I ordered a project one from NY store after three attempts in LA. It’s one mile from my LA home but I drive to the Pasadena store since their service is like NY UES.
All high end bikes are terrific. The local bike shop is the only real difference maker.
Responsiveness except for an experience some 3-4 months ago when I asked for Garmin help and someone I hardly understood told me you were too busy when I could see multiple personnel and only one customer ahead of me. I left and went elsewhere.
Two days ago I went with a tire problem and got all the service I needed, much like the quality of service I'd received months before.

Had a very positive experience. I'm a new owner of a Trek Bike which had a few issues after purchase. Took it into this store which was closer for me and am glad I did. The bike mechanic or associate listened to me and adjusted my bike seat as well as the handlebars which were making riding the bike uncomfortable. There was an issue with the breaks and the associate took it upon herself to take the bike out for a spin to really understand what the problem was as it was an ongoing issue. Left grateful and was able to ride bike home safely and comfortably thanks to the thorough work of the bike technician. Even had a kickstand put in.
