I have always felt very taken care of. Sunday July 20th was so exceptional--- I'll never forget it!\ Following a purchase I biked away to West 69th St and Columbus Ave. While there I discovered I did not have my wallet. Recalling where I had been last, I called the bike shop. LO and BEHOLD.... my wallet was biked over to me by an employee--- when i go to the shop next time i will scout him out for his name.I do know that he was responsible for closing the shop on Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't find the words to express how grateful I am!

Products are fine but this store’s service is fantastic. Responsive, attentive up front and repair desk is same. Great at the sales process and post sale service was lights out. The manager Dylan runs a terrific shop. Big contrast with LA store on Beverly Blvd. I tell everyone how inattentive and somewhat dismissive are both salespeople and also mechanics. I ordered a project one from NY store after three attempts in LA. It’s one mile from my LA home but I drive to the Pasadena store since their service is like NY UES. All high end bikes are terrific. The local bike shop is the only real difference maker.
