Great service experience overall. Quickly diagnosed the issue and took bike in for repair. Took about a week but job well done. A little expensive however.
Ripley was great in explaining everything that was wrong with my bike and the benefits of doing a level 2 service. We talked about upgrading my bike for a faster model. He was extremely thorough, polite and knowledgeable.
Also, Forest has always been kind and helpful when I come in for air :) Great team at this store.
I’m super stoked about the sale on indoor cycling shoes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating making sure my shoes were ready for class since I’m a newbie.
