Ripley was great in explaining everything that was wrong with my bike and the benefits of doing a level 2 service. We talked about upgrading my bike for a faster model. He was extremely thorough, polite and knowledgeable. Also, Forest has always been kind and helpful when I come in for air :) Great team at this store.
