Darby was so easy to work with! We talked through our goals of selling our house and she explained the whole process. She was with us every step of way, worked with us when we couldn't be at the house for certain parts of the process, and kept us up to date. She put the house on the market on a Monday and we were under contract by Thursday! I would recommend Darby to anyone needing a realtor to sell or buy a house.

Darby was very attentive to what I needed and was very proactive about getting things lined up. She worked many extra hours in the evenings and weekends that I didn't expect but was VERY appreciative of. She took me on showings at the drop of a hat it seemed like and I think that helped me get my house because it sold quickly so it was helpful getting there early on. Darby did everything from that first showing to the day I signed my papers at the title company. She is a great realtor and I will definitely recommend her to all my friends. 5 Stars!!

Darby helped is with our fifth move in 13 years. She was hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. To say she goes above and beyond expectations is an understatement. She anticipated our every need with the most complex purchase we have encountered. On her own, she contacted utility companies, township permit offices, and a difficult mortgage company. She was always positive yet realistic about our search. She would spot red flags in houses from foundational to floor plan issues we had not considered. On the other hand, she was quick to point out positives that aligned with our wish list. Her communication and transparency are second-to-none, and she has a great sense of humor. On closing day (which was a long time in the making do to issues with our bank), I was actually sad because I knew I wouldn’t get to regularly talk to Darby anymore. It would be impossible for me to recommend Darby enough. If you are lucky enough to get her on your team, you are lucky enough!
