Darlene conducted a wonderful campaign on our behalf. She met with us several times to develop a strategy to sell our home at a great price. She gave us good advice about when to sell the home and how to prepare and stage it for sale. The online visuals - the photos, the 360 walkthough, the "dollhouse" - really made the house look irresistable. During the sale she was in frequent contact with us about the showings and the offers, and gave us good advice about how to respond to them. The results speak for themselves - we had 34 showings in 3 days, received 14 offers (all above asking), and signed an offer that was better than we could have hoped for. Darlene was with us every step of the way. She is friendly, personable, and gracious - we couldn't have asked for a better partner. Thank you, Darlene.

Darlene was absolutely, positively, spectacularly wonderful! She was great throughout this entire process! From [FIRST NAME REMOVED] very beginning when we just presented her with a house with lots of contents, to [FIRST NAME REMOVED] end at [FIRST NAME REMOVED] closing. She walked us through what [FIRST NAME REMOVED] steps and timeframe would potentially be, and what to expect at each step. I should note that this was a difficult process for me because I was selling our childhood home which had been in my family for more than 50 years! So I knew this would be emotionally very difficult for me. But Darlene was understanding and compassionate while at [FIRST NAME REMOVED] same time being professional in her role as [FIRST NAME REMOVED] realtor. Darlene represented our interests well while guiding us through this process. She was very helpful with whatever had to happen with [FIRST NAME REMOVED] house, even opening up [FIRST NAME REMOVED] house for persons who needed to enter while I was at work. She was always responsive and took [FIRST NAME REMOVED] time to explain things and answer all of our questions, and I definitely had some questions! In addition, she had taken [FIRST NAME REMOVED] time to research [FIRST NAME REMOVED] area in which our home is located and was very well versed in what was happening in [FIRST NAME REMOVED] immediate and surrounding area. This made for an effective selling process. She made sure that our house was described and shown in [FIRST NAME REMOVED] best possible light, which did our hearts good since we ([FIRST NAME REMOVED] siblings) have a very strong attachment to this house which our now deceased parents bought and in which they made a beautiful life for us!
