The technician was courteous and approachable. We had collected all the rodent traps from inside our dwellings and from the outside of our home to expedite their removal; especially when one of our family members works night shift and was sleeping at the time the technician arrived at our residence. Was very happy with the product when we first started the program. Since then we have noticed much more wild life that resides in our neighbourhood and did not want to compromised on their health and well being. We opted to stop using your services and the traps.
