Mr. Malcolm was absolutely a joy to work with. From the day he can to the house to look at it, he was attentive and considerate. He walked me through every step of the process and how to maximize my profit from the sale. When I had questions, (that I thought might be trivial), he took out time to explain everything to me. No matter what time I reached out to him, he responded very quickly. This sale was difficult for me because it was my mothers house. Mr. Malcolm understood this and was very empathetic. Other family members have worked with David and they too are impressed. When I decide to sell my other home and moved, David Malcolm is who I will reach out to for assistance. I will recommend Mr. Malcolm to anyone I know buying or selling a home.

Dave was awesome! He never stopped working! He made the whole experience as easy as possible. I think the best thing he did was offer solid advice. I was able to ask him questions all the time and not only did he have answers, he offered advice on what he thought would work best for our scenario. I can’t speak high enough praise about Dave and think that everyone should use him as their realtor.

He's very knowledgeable, trusting and looking out for the best interest of those buying or selling a home. He has contacts in many different fields for service request. David is very well known in around the community and greatly admired.

When working with David, his experience really shows. He has an ability to make sure you are connected to the right people to get all questions answered quickly and accurately.
