I met David Vari at an open house on 8/16, and was very thorough with all the answers to our questions. I am a first-time home buyer. I’ve been to plenty of open houses, but what made David stand out was the time he spent elaborating on all his answers. He was very levelheaded, and easy to talk to. I called him shortly after that open house because I wanted to work with him. He made the entire process step-by-step, and really invested his time and energy to find houses to visit, and was always in touch when he found one which suited my needs. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the structure of houses, and the age and condition of the roof, furnace, hot water tank, AC, cables, windows, and basement. This exemplifies his knowledge and experience in real estate. As a result of his efforts, I bought my very first house a month and a half later(!) thanks to David, and he helped out a lot with the timeline of when I needed to do specific tasks (apply for a loan, call utilities, closing procedures, etc.) I cannot recommend him enough. If you’re looking for an honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable agent who will make you a priory, please contact David. You will be happy you did. I certainly am.

Dave is very informed about the local real estate market and gave us sound advice during the selling process of our home and the subsequent purchase of a new one. He understood and followed through on our likes and dislikes--good at reading his client's needs. He has a sharp eye in evaluating the physical condition of structures as well as appropriate pricing. And, also in suggesting appropriate remedies, particularly, for example, when it came to basement walls, roofs and items not visible to the eye. He was prompt, courteous and good at negotiating our behalf as well as handling awkward situations which did arise a couple of times during the five months of the selling and buying period.
